We stand behind our products. We provide free demo versions so you can "try before you buy", plus all our products come with a 30 day return.
You will be refunded the amount you paid for the download version minus a transaction fee of 15%, which is $7.50 for SlowGold and $3 for SlowBlast. This means $42.45 will be refunded for SlowGold, and $16.95 for SlowBlast. Shipping and handling charges for the eCD are not refundable, and the eCD must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase at the address we will provide you when you request your refund.
Please note that the Esellerate Download Service (eDS) is not necessary because we provide our customers with free one-year download replacement upon request. However, if you do purchase the eDS, the refund will be $1.00 as Esellerate charges a $3.99 Transaction fee for that service.
Upgrade fees are not refundable.
All refunds must be authorized by World Wide Woodshed by sending an email to support@slowgold.com or support@slowblast.com. There is a form that must be signed and CDs have to be mailed back to us within 30 days of purchase using some sort of tracking before a refund will be processed. Email us for the exact instructions.
Please note: We do not refund upgrade fees, or shipping fees for the eCD; and we only offer refunds on products purchased directly from us. If you purchase SlowGold or SlowBlast! from a music store or other dealer, you should return the product to the retailer if you need a refund. Always check the return policy of a retailer before purchasing software as most do not provide refunds on software.
